By now, you've probably heard plenty about the controversy surrounding radio host Don Imus, who referred to the NCAA runner-up Rutgers women's basketball team as a bunch of "nappy-headed hos."
Now, Imus has been suspended for his almost definitely racist and definitely stupid remarks.
But I've got one simple question:
Is this a man who has any right to make fun of people's hair?

Good point. And if he ever loses his hair, he can comb his eyebrows over his head. lol.
First I think he deserves every bad thing that happens to him for the horrible things he said (and then a lot more bad things should happen to him also).
I completely disagree with that. 100%.
He made a stupid joke. Maybe ignorant, sure, but when the exact same thing is spewed in any given hiphop song, one can't expect to be offended just because a white man said it.
Do you think for one second if it were a black DJ saying something about white people Jesse and Al would be up in arms? I think not.
I am afraid that the message some people will come away from this is that if you are a crazy looking honky you are not allowed to say terrible things about African American women, however if you are a rapper then you are good to go to dehumanize and disrespect women.
There shouldn't be any reason why people shouldn't come away with that, because until the two Reverends ball up and stop blaming whitey for everything, that's exactly what is going on.
